We will log into your computer right now, with your permission and total control of course. Think about this, in the time that it would take you to climb under your desk, disconnect your computer from the wall and bring the heavy thing out to your car we will already be in your machine virtually diagnosing the issue ad solving your computer related problem.
STEP ONE:
A TFCR Technician will request you download the software needed to provide remote access to your computer by clicking on the box up to your top left of this page.
STEP TWO:
Once you click on the box above left you will go through the installation process by which you simply follow the on-screen instructions.
Once installation is complete, you will see the Teamviewer Icon on your Desktop at which point you will click on it and open the application. Once open, tthere will b an ID # and a Password field. Please advise the Technician of the ID # and the Password.
STEP THREE:
A TFCR Technican will then log into your computer and take over the mouse and keyboard virtually, clicking through various screens and running various technical support programs to diagnose and repair your computer.
STEP FOUR:
Once complete, the Technician will then open a chat box or will already have open so that both parties can talk also while repairing, but ideally allowing the technician to work without to much chatting permits for a faster completion time and less time for possibl error or loss of focus on the problem at hand. Sometimes viruses need the full attention of the technician as these can be very complicated, frustrating and time-consuming in order to remove completely.
RATES:
MINIMUM CHARGE: $30.00 Flat Minimum payable immediately before work begins
HOURLY FEE: $ 30.00
HALF HOUR: $ 15.00
QUARTER HOUR: $7.50
We round off time frames to the nearest or lesser of the hourly time on the clock once computer is repaired.
All fees must be paid via credit card at time of service or via e-transfer or Email Money Transfer to Technician Email – A TFCR Technician will accept VISA, MasterCard & PayPal which can be paid securely right here on the page for your conveniencev or via our payment portal.
